Hear how it works in kennel life

A service customers value. A story worth hearing.

See how a Woof Watch client grew from six cameras to 15, then ask about the experience behind the expansion.

Results from a working UK kennel

£400 a month. Fewer anxious messages. Nine more cameras requested.

Beacon Barkers did not need another complicated system. They wanted a paid customer extra that could reassure owners without creating more work for the kennel team.

The Beacon Barkers story

Woof Watch proved itself with the first six cameras.

We supplied, installed and wired every camera for free. Customer viewing sales reached £400 a month, and Beacon Barkers asked to grow from six cameras to 12 after just one month.

Today, all 15 cameras were supplied free and cover 12 kennels, two exercise paddocks and the cuddle lounge. Viewing links are sent automatically through the kennel's booking system.

Client introductions are agreed with both sides and depend on availability. Installation, sales and feedback details supplied by Woof Watch, September 2026.

Five things worth reviewing

  1. Customer uptake: how many eligible customers choose paid viewing.
  2. Owner questions: whether queries decrease, increase or change in nature.
  3. Staff experience: time spent assigning access, handling pauses and answering questions.
  4. Privacy and operational fit: whether the agreed views and times remain appropriate.
  5. Technical reliability: how the cameras and connection perform in practice.

We review these measures with the facility so the next decision is based on how the service works in practice.

Hear it from a kennel owner

Ask someone already using Woof Watch.

Want to know what it is like on a busy day? Ask about customer questions, staff routines, photo updates or managing camera access.

Request an introduction to an existing kennel owner. We’ll check who is available and agree the introduction with both of you.

Ask the questions that matter to you.

  • How do customers react to camera access?
  • What does your team have to do each day?
  • How do you handle viewing times and pauses?
  • What would you tell a kennel owner considering it?

Introductions depend on a client’s agreement and availability.
