3. Measure the 30 days
Review uptake, owner questions, staff friction, pauses, technical issues and whether a managed paid rollout is justified.
The pilot includes one managed camera for 30 days, standard installation and the secure customer-viewing platform, subject to survey, service area, availability and standard-install suitability. Equipment remains Woof Watch property. There is no obligation to continue.

Security CCTV is normally for internal monitoring. Woof Watch packages selected customer-facing coverage with private access, viewing windows, pauses, hosting, support and launch controls. Existing infrastructure can be reviewed during feasibility.
The review maps suitable dog areas and exclusions such as staff-only spaces, reception/payment data, neighbouring property and sensitive care. The facility remains responsible for its own purposes, notices, staff engagement and operating decisions.
