- Cameras and recorder. Make, model and how the current system is accessed.
- Camera positions. Whether each proposed customer view is useful and avoids unsuitable or private areas.
- Cabling and network. What can be reused and whether the connection supports viewing.
- Your existing use. How your team uses CCTV now and how customer access should fit alongside it.

If the cameras cannot connect
We explain what can be reused, whether suitable replacement cameras would be needed, and whether the site is a fit for the free-installation partnership. You see the proposed setup before deciding.
We will not promise compatibility with a particular camera brand or recorder without checking it.

Do we have to replace all our CCTV?
Not necessarily. Compatible cameras, cabling and other infrastructure can be reused. The assessment identifies what can stay and what would need to change.
Will customers get our CCTV password?
No. The customer-viewing service uses assigned access through Woof Watch. Do not share your staff CCTV account or passwords with customers.
Can we get started for free with existing cameras?
Yes, for an accepted customer-viewing partnership. We assess the connection work and suitability first. There is no fixed monthly subscription for that partnership.
